Man Removed From United Airlines Flight After Taunting Couple About Bombs and Being Foreign

Yet another story of a terrible person on a flight!  This ones from from a United Airlines flight where a man apparently decided to deride a couple dressed in traditional Pakistani clothing.  The incident happened while passengers were boarding the United Flight 1118 from Chicago to Houston.  While the passengers were boarding, a man sitting next to the couple said, “That’s not a bomb in your bag, is it?”  He didn’t get a response from the couple, so he then continued by asking where the boyfriend was from and that “…All illegals and all foreigners…need to leave the country.”

United Airlines handled this terrificly by taking the guy off of the airplane.  Jonathan Guerin, a spokesman for United Airlines, told Fox News, the language was “inappropriate” and “making others feel unsafe.”  He also said, “We wanted to make sure [our passengers] feel as if they’re flying in a safe environment.”

A flight attendant asked the man to leave and as he collected their bags he said “happy flight home…I hope you stay there.”

Here’s video of the classy fellow as he’s told to get off of the aircraft:

Good for United to handle this situation so well!  The man was escorted off to cheers from fellow passengers who were definitely happy to see this guy go.  Just another story of a terrible person that just can’t treat fellow passengers with respect.
