The World’s 10 Worst Airports

The world's 10 worst airports

Sleeping at Airports has put out its yearly list of the world’s 10 worst airports.

A new group has put out a list naming the world’s 10 worst airports, and you may want to avoid some of these airports if you have a long stay in any of the listed airports.

The ranking was put out by Sleeping in Airports, a website that provides tips and advice on how to sleep in airports.  The site puts out annual rankings of airports from around the world base on traveler surveys that ask questions about WiFi, food options, cleanliness, and comfort.

This year, the rankings included one airport within the United States: LaGuardia in New York City, ranked number 10 in worst airports around the world.According to the rankings, they said it received bad ratings because it had “poor restaurant selection, lackluster cleanliness, counterintuitive layout and the notoriously unhelpful staff.” Remember, this is the same airport that Vice President Joe Biden called a “third world country” and later took heat for labeling it as such.  According to these rankings though, Vice President Biden may have been in the right.
