Alaska Airlines To Add Flights Between SEA & BWI
As of September 2, 2014, Alaska Airlines will begin offering daily flights between Seattle-Tacoma International AirportĀ (SEA) and Baltimore’s Thurgood Marhsall Airport (BWI). The new flights would depart at 8:15am from Seattle and from Baltimore at 5:10pm, both flights will operate once a day. Alaska Airlines will be offering double miles between the new SEA and BWI routes to members of its Mileage Plan program for a limited time.
Paul Wiedefeld, CEO of BWI, said he is “thrilled” to welcome Alaska Airlines as the newest carrier to fly in and out of Baltimore.
Alaska Airlines has added five other flights out of SEA, their main airport hub, during the last few months as it fights off Delta’s new ambition for expanding service at SEA.
