AUDIO: Carrie Fisher 911 Call from United Airlines Released

Audio from United Airlines on the day Carrie Fisher had a heart attack aboard a United 935 from London on December 23, 2016.  The call was placed by United Airlines operations who were preparing for the arrival of the aircraft, after the pilot declared a medical emergency on board.

The audio of the call was released by TMZ.  The audio shows that the aircraft made up time in an attempt to make it to the airport quicker, landing in advance of it’s 12:28pm scheduled arrival time.

The EMS dispatch video, which is included below, showed that Ms. Fisher was unresponsive as the plane was landing.  TMZ originally reported that after the first EMS video was released.

Ms. Fisher was rushed to the hospital after the plane landed, but she never regained consciousness and passed away on December 27, 2016 at the age of 60.  The situation became even sadder a day later when her mother, Debbie Reynolds, passed away at the age of 84, while discussing funeral plans with her son.

Rest in peace to Carrie Fisher and great to see the responsiveness of all involved in this terrible tragedy.
