Delta crew helps Air Force airman propose to girl friend (VIDEO)

An Air Force airman who went to Basic Training and left his girl friend behind for 100 days proposed to her over the phone in October after they both felt that it was time to tie the knot. However, it wasn’t until December that the couple saw each other again and officially got engaged.

Emma, the girl friend, had help from one of her family friends who works for Delta Airlines. She got Emma a gateway pass so she could go through security and greet Jon, the airman, at his arriving gate. Emma thought she was going to be surprising Jon, but he was the one who ended up surprising her.

Delta flight attendants helped Jon distribute roses to his now fiancé. The flight attendants asked several passenger to give Emma a rose as they deboarded the plane. Jon was the last passenger to deboard the plane and once he saw Emma and got all the romantic stuff out of the way, Jon proposed to Emma.

The two are now officially engaged. Awe, good job for Delta’s flight attendant and airport staff for setting this up. And Congrats from us.
