Frontier Airlines Starting Service To Washington Dulles (IAD)
The low-budget airline known as Frontier Airlines will soon be flying into Washington Dulles International Airport.
Frontier Airlines, based in Denver, announced Tuesday that it will offer flights to 14 cities from Dulles International Airport.
To introduce itself to the Northern Virginia area, the company is offering a 12-hour, one-day-only sale, with flights from Dulles to any of the new cities for just $15 each way. Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday.
Flights from Dulles will begin August 19, 2014 offering nonstop flights to Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Tampa. Service to Chicago-O’Hare, Cincinnati, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Memphis, Fort Myers, St. Louis, and the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area begins September 9, 2014.
The airline already services Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and Reagan National Airport (DCA).
