Frontier cancels service from TTN to 5 cities due to lack of demand
Frontier Airlines has announced that it will be discontinuing flights from Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) to five of its 18 destinations, the announcement was confirmed by a Frontier spokesperson Todd Lehmacher. Additionally, Frontier is also cancelling service between St. Agustine and Washington-Dulles airport.
From TTN: As of Tuesday, Frontier Airlines will discontinue service to Nashville, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Cleveland because of lack of demand.
However, the new service between TTN and ORD set for April 15 is still expected to proceed as planned.
Back in November, Frontier announced it will again expand its low-cost service with discount flights from Chicago O’Hare to Phoenix, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as between Memphis, Tennessee and Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas.
