7 American Airlines Flight Attendants Taken to Hospital from MCO Airport
7 American Airlines flight attendants were taken to a hospital in Orlando, Florida early Tuesday after they were complaining of headaches. The crew had arrived from Charlotte, NC just after midnight. According to American Airlines, the flight did not encounter any issues during flight or otherwise and no passenger complained from headaches or any other medical issues. No further information is currently available.
UPDATE (11:55am): According to the Orlando Sentinel, the 7 crew members were examined by paramedics at baggage claim and they then took themselves to the hospital. They were discharged at 6:30am. There were reports of toxic fumes during the flight but maintenances workers who examined the aircraft found no fumes or smoke in the cabin.
