If you’re looking for a cheap getaway, Frontier may have just the opportunity for you.  They are offering flights for a penny (not including taxes and fees).  The sale is currently running and can be booked until tomorrow.  More details are below, but Frontier does charge certain fees.

Remember that Frontier charges for bags that don’t fit under your seat and they charge to have an assigned seat.  Choosing seats can cost you anywhere from $6 to $25, depending on when you choose the seat.  A carry-on bag will cost you $30 at booking or web check-in, $40 at the check-in counter, or $60 at the gate.  Just be aware of those fees.  This deal is even better if you can get along without packing much, as you’ll then be able to avoid the fee for the bag.  Also, if you’re willing to sit anywhere then you’ll also make out better.  Although paying $6 for a seat is not really that terrible.
