Response from British Airways regarding my Avios
As I wrote about earlier this morning, British Airways froze my Avios without any notice. I immediately contacted British Airways via Twitter and via BA.com.
It took six hours for British Airways to respond via Twitter, which was way longer than I expected but I guess many other users are facing the same issue.
With that said, I have yet to receive any email or further information regarding my Avios. Reservations has no idea why that has happened and suggested that I wait for an email.
UPDATE: The Avios are back in my account. According to British Airways there was some sort of breach that caused some Executive Club accounts to get frozen temporarily.
