United Airlines and Air Canada passing the buck on Twitter
This morning while taking Uber to class, I was browsing Twitter as I do every morning and I got a bit of a laugh from two airlines who are a member of the Star Alliance.
A passenger tweeted United Airlines asking for the status of his lost bag. Then, well… then United blamed Air Canada and Air Canada in turn blamed United… The two airlines passed the buck on who was responsible for the passengers bag. United Airlines and Air Canada still don’t seem to know where the passengers bag is! See the tweets below:
@united Are you claiming that bag transfer did not take place from @AirCanada ? 23 days without bags! ref bomua12088 pic.twitter.com/Vakq24PP1Q

@suhitais @AirCanada It appears that Air Canada was your final carrier. They will need to handle your delayed baggage claim.^CP — United (@united) August 26, 2014
@united @suhitais Not sure how you came to this conclusion as last flight taken to BOM was UA048 from EWR. /jp
